- On receipt of the completed contract and full payment, the organizers undertake to supply the number of booths requested, each unit comprise of the following:
- Total area: 3m x 3m
- White, back and side walls
- 30 cm high, fascia board set with the company’s name in 10 cm high lettering
- 9 wall shelves (a wall shelf=1x0.25m)
- 3 fluorescent lights (40w)
- 1 power socket (5 amp)
- 1 reception table (60x120x75 cm.)
- 2 upright chairs (50x50x50/80 cm.)
- 1 wastepaper basket
- Exhibitors are responsible for the arrangement and management of their booth(s), and for ensuring that aisles and walkways are kept clear
- Access to the convention center for booth installation will commence at 10:00 hrs on 25th March 2010. Installation must be completed within the same day.
- All booths are to be disassembled on April 6, 2010 between 21.00-24.00 hrs.
- Exhibits must be displayed for the total duration of the book fair, and staffed during official opening hours each day.
- The exchange of booths among exhibitors requires the prior written consent of the organizers.
- The exhibitor must assume full responsibility for insuring his/her booth and exhibits against theft and damage, during transit to and from the conference center and for the duration of the book fair itself.
- The exhibitors are fully responsible for keeping their stands clean during the fair.
- Pornographic materials, materials with violent content, or those which are in breach of copyrights are prohibited.
- If the exhibitor should decide to cancel, or reduce the total number of booths, once the application has been submitted, 30% of the total payment received will be forfeited. The remaining 70% will be refunded within 15 days of cancellation to the exhibitor. This only applies if notification is received before February 25, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations after that date.
- Neither the organizers nor the venue management are liable for the loss of or damage to the participants’ property or goods, in transit or in storage throughout the duration of the book fair.
- In the unlikely events of natural or other disasters, outside of the control of the organizers, the organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the book fair.
- The organizer may change the Book Fair’s duration and times of opening, due to circumstances beyond the organizers control.
- Notification of any claims or issues arising must be submitted to the organizers by April 6, 2010.
