Objectives:
- To initiate and promote the role of Thailand as the buying and selling of copyrights hub in this region
- To provide a global meeting place for the exchange of ideas for those involved in the printing and publishing industry
- To create a marketplace for domestic and overseas publishers
Slogan:

a Book: Open the World”. This slogan vividly conveys the idea that books are the gateway to the world, whether it is the world of fantasy and imagination reached through fiction, or the world of facts and information accessed through non-fiction.
Management:
Under the chairmanship of Mrs.Risuan Aramchareon, the President of PUBAT, a committee of fifteen members drawn from all sectors of the publishing and bookselling industry has been formed to oversee and manage the event.
Exhibitors:
In addition to domestic publishers and booksellers and members of the Asian Pacific Publishers Association (APPA) and the ASEAN Book Publishers Association (ABPA), the participation of Asian, European and American publishing houses and related organizations are being targeted.
